HOW SOON WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
All items normally ship from our area warehouse on the day your order is placed if received before 2:00 pm cst. (Monday - Friday.) We intend to have all items on our web site in stock. HOW SOON WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Your order will arrive at your location in 2 to 5 business days, depending on your location. Please refer to our shipping page and you will be able to estimate your delivery time. Be sure and allow enough time when you order. We do not issue refunds because you do not order in time. Remember, all delivery times are estimates.
WILL I INCUR ANY ADDITIONAL CHARGES ON MY ORDER?
NO!! No Shipping Charges...No Handling Charges...No minimum dollar amount to receive free shipping... Free Shipping means Free Shipping!!!
WILL I BE CHARGED SALES TAX?
Only shipments to New York are taxable at 8.625%.

We accept orders via our web site 24 hours a day. You can also call 1-800-469-1167 and place your order over the phone. We have a secure web site and you can feel confident placing any order on line. We utilize an address verification system and the credit card you use, must match the address you are shipping your order to. If it does not, we will contact you by phone.

WILL I RECEIVE AN ORDER CONFIRMATION?
Yes, because we are a Yahoo Store Merchant, you will receive a confirmation email when you place your order. Be sure and print this for your records. You will also receive email confirmation with your UPS tracking numbers the day your order ships. You can track your shipment directly from this confirmation by clicking on the tracking number. DO YOU SHIP OUT OF THE COUNTRY?
No. We are only able to accept US orders, shipped to a US address. (Sorry, we do not ship to Alaska or Hawaii.)
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
If we ship your order in a timely manner, consistent with our terms and conditions, there will be no credit issued for any order returned without prior authorization.
(If you refuse the shipment, without a Return Authorization # from our customer service dept. you will not receive any credit for the returned merchandise.)
IF WE RECEIVE AUTHORIZATION TO RETURN, HOW WILL WE RECEIVE OUR CREDIT?
We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund amount once we've received and processed the returned item. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 7 to 14 business days of our receiving your return. If your return is not due to our error, we will deduct the original actual shipping costs and a 20% restocking fee from your refund.
