Above delivery times are approximate and NOT GUARANTEED. To count shipping days, begin with the day after your order is shipped (exclude weekends and holidays in your count). Please be sure to give yourself and us enough lead time when placing your order. Due to the high shipping costs that we incur, no refunds or returns will be accepted without prior approval. (See complete Refund Policy below.) Delays by the carrier do not constitute grounds for cancellation, refusal, or return of order.
After you place your order, you will be updated as to when your order shipped and given your tracking numbers. This information will be emailed to you via MoversSupplies.com's order confirmation. You may track your packages at any time through the link provided by your MoversSupplies.com confirmation. All delivery times are estimated and cannot be guaranteed. CANCELLATION POLICY
Due to processing fees, all cancelled orders will be charged a $10 cancellation fee. If an order is cancelled after it has been shipped then the $10 cancellation (processing) fee will apply plus the customer will be responsible for all of the shipping charges. Orders usually ship within 24-36 hours.
RETURN POLICY
MoversSupplies.com cannot be held responsible for carrier, weather or incorrect/incomplete address information. The carrier will attempt delivery at least 3 times and should leave a notice each time. If an order is returned to us because of incomplete or incorrect address information (as given to us by the customer), we will make every effort to reship if so desired, but the customer will have to pay for any additional shipping charges on the 2nd attempt.
REFUSED DELIVERIES
Any order refused at time of delivery, will not receive any credit back. If you have a question or concern regarding your order, you should contact our customer service department, as soon as possible!
AUTHORIZED RETURNS
If you are dissatisfied with your purchase after you receive it, you may return it in its original condition for a refund. However, you will first need to get a return authorization from us and you will be responsible for the freight in both directions. All moving kits must be returned as shipped, no partial kits accepted.Call 1-866-000-0000 and speak to customer service. Once you have received verbal and written email authorization from customer service to return your order, you must do so at your expense. DO NOT REFUSE THE ORDER! You must accept the order and mark all packages clearly with the Authorization Number you have been given. All returns must be made within 5 days after delivery.
